Amsa Selvaraj is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amtech Analytics.

She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and began her career as an accountant with a financial services firm — an early pairing of technical training and financial discipline that still shapes how she runs the business.

Her professional interests have always run toward the intersection of finance and technology. Across fintech, investments, capital markets, and algorithmic trading, she built her expertise the way she has built most things: through self-directed study, disciplined practice, and the conviction that the best way to understand a system is to work inside it.

In the United States, Amsa worked as a consultant on large-scale data initiatives for fintech and healthcare clients — regulated industries where accuracy, governance, and trust are not optional. That work sharpened a long-held ambition: rather than solve these problems inside someone else’s firm, she wanted to build one.

Amtech Analytics was founded in 2023.

As Chief Executive Officer, Amsa leads the firm’s strategy, vision, and growth. She oversees financial management, hiring and team development, and the firm’s overall direction, and holds final decision authority across the business. Her focus is on building Amtech into a firm that clients in regulated industries can trust with their most consequential technology work — and on making sure the people doing that work have what they need to do it well
